During the lease term in Flint Hill

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental in Flint Hill, the renter must allow us to come into the rental home. Some valid reasons to enter rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Perform maintenance or improvements,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Flint Hill. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
