During the lease term in Triangle
During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental property in Triangle, the tenant must allow us to come into the rental. Some solid reasons to access rental home are to:
- Inspect the rental,
- Perform maintenance or upgrades,
- Provide necessary services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Triangle. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
