During the lease term in Gainesville

During lease, the rental belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Gainesville, the tenant must allow us to enter the rental property. Some solid reasons to access rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or alterations,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent before entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Gainesville. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
