During the lease term in Bristow

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Bristow, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some valid reasons to access rental are to:

- Supply necessary services, or

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Bristow.
