During the lease term in Whitacre

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Whitacre, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some valid reasons to go into rental home are to:

- Make repairs or decorate,
- Provide required services, or
- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Whitacre.
