During the lease term in Clear Brook

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Clear Brook, the renter must allow us to come into the rental property. Some solid reasons to access rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Provide required services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Clear Brook. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
