During the lease term in Pimmit Hills

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Pimmit Hills, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some good reasons to go into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Make repairs or alterations,
  • Supply necessary services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Pimmit Hills. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
