During the lease term in Oak Hill

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Oak Hill, the renter must allow us to access the rental. Some valid reasons to come into rental home are to:

- Provide required services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Oak Hill.
