During the lease term in Bristow

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental home in Bristow, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some justifiable reasons to go into rental are to:

- Provide required services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Bristow. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
