During the lease term in New Alexandria
During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental in New Alexandria, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some valid reasons to come into rental property are to:
- Inspect the rental,
- Perform maintenance or upgrades,
- Supply required services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in New Alexandria. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
