During the lease term in Del Ray
During lease, the rental home belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Del Ray, the renter must allow us to come into the rental property. Some solid reasons to access rental property are to:
- Inspect the rental property,
- Make repairs or decorate,
- Provide necessary services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Del Ray. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
