A brief word on important regulatory and legal matters in City of Falls Church
Several laws govern relationships between tenants and property owners in Northern Virginia. The Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (VRTLA), establishes the rights and obligations of tenants and real estate investors in Virginia, and supersedes all leases and county ordinances. Not to mention our local governments in and around City of Falls Church have specific ordinances pertaining to the management of rental properties in their jurisdictions.
