If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
