We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
