If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
