If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
