We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
