If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia. The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed. The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
